How I Can Help

You don't have to keep carrying this alone

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are becoming.

Together, we gently work towards a more grounded, connected, and authentic sense of self, so life can feel a little easier and more manageable.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Racing thoughts, constant worry, or a feeling you can never fully relax. We'll explore what's beneath it and find steadier ground.

Relationships & Patterns

Repeating painful cycles in relationships, or struggling to feel truly close to others. Understanding your attachment patterns can change everything.

Trauma & PTSD

Past experiences that still feel present. Working at your pace, we create enough safety for healing to become possible.

Identity & Self-Worth

Feeling lost, lacking confidence, or unsure of who you are. We work gently towards a more settled and authentic sense of self.

Burnout & Work Stress

Exhausted, depleted, or running on empty. Especially relevant for those in high-pressure roles including emergency services and healthcare.

Depression & Low Mood

A persistent flatness, loss of meaning, or inability to feel joy. Therapy can help you understand what's underneath and begin to shift.

About Beth

A steady presence alongside you

I'm Beth, a BACP Accredited Counsellor and UKCP Trainee Psychotherapist based in Knowle, Solihull. My work is relational and developmental, meaning I focus on understanding you within the context of your relationships and life experiences.

Alongside my private practice, I work as an in-house counsellor within an emergency service. That environment has deepened my understanding of high-pressure work, trauma exposure, and what it means to carry things that are hard to put down at the end of the day.

I offer both face-to-face sessions in a comfortable, private therapy room in Knowle, and online sessions so you can access support from home. I adapt my approach to your needs and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions are typically weekly, 50 minutes each. We'll check in regularly on how things are feeling and adjust the focus as you evolve.

04

A Relationship Built on Trust

The most important thing is that you feel safe. Everything shared in sessions is confidential. I follow BACP's ethical framework.

My Approach

Integrative, relational, and always led by you

"I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. You are unique, and your therapy should be too."

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies and adapt them to what works best for you, rather than applying a single model to every person.

I work relationally and developmentally, which means I'm interested in understanding you within the context of your history, your relationships, and how you came to be who you are today.

At the heart of everything is the therapeutic relationship, a space of genuine warmth, curiosity, and care, where you can begin to explore and shift the patterns that have held you back.
