People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be moving through a period of change, feeling anxious or overwhelmed, or finding it harder than usual to cope. You might be struggling with relationship or family dynamics, low mood, overthinking, grief, loneliness or patterns that feel difficult to shift on your own. At times, life can feel flat or unsatisfying, and therapy offers a space to understand and work through these feelings with support.
Therapy can help you explore the impact of past experiences as well as present challenges, so you can move forward feeling more connected, grounded and at ease within yourself and your relationships.
My work is grounded in a relational and developmental approach, which means I pay close attention to your unique history, your present experience and the relationship we build together.
